* When entering the passenger ship, the ticket is required to provide identification when necessary.
* The passenger is insured in the ship against possible accidents during the tour. Natural disasters are not covered by accident insurance. Except for the carrier’s severe defects, the passenger can not claim for the damage he / she has suffered.
* All of our passengers are responsible for their baggage, private and precious commodities at their own discretion and are not liable for this issue if lost or damaged.
* It is forbidden to act contrary to the safety rules in various parts of the ship during travel.

* All children between the ages of 0-18 are in the responsibility of the security parent.
* All passengers who know or do not know to swim have their own safety of life and property which may arise from the problems and dangers that may occur during swimming.
* It is strictly forbidden for all passengers to disturb other passengers.
* Our ship is watched and recorded with 24 hour camera system. It is shared with the security units when necessary.
* All passengers are prohibited from throwing any garbage / cigarette butts etc. into the sea.
* Images and photographs taken during the tour are published on www.demirbatu.com for advertising purposes with the aim of promoting the tour.
* In cases where safety and compliance is required, the tour route / monitoring / swimming / stopover areas / loading / unloading points change with captain’s decision. In such cases, the times of departure and return change, Demirbatu Tourism does not accept any compensation and responsibility.
* In order to resolve any disputes that may arise between the passengers, the coast guard authorities are invited to make the necessary actions for the settlement. If necessary, the defective passenger must be removed from the ship and Demirbatu Tourism does not accept responsibility in this regard.
* Demirbatu Tourism is not responsible for travel collection times and areas, missed departure times, and can not take the tour, and the ticket can not be made.
